Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, and what you tell us about your project. If you book a call, we also store the time you chose and the topic. That’s it — no ad trackers, no analytics scripts, no data bought from third parties. The only cookie we set is a login cookie for clients with an account.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, follow up if we haven’t heard back, and run any call you book. Under GDPR this is “legitimate interest” and “steps to enter a contract”. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it lives and how long

On our own secured server, encrypted in transit and backed up in encrypted form. Lead enquiries are kept only as long as we’re actively helping you, then deleted.

Your rights

Ask us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete all of it — a single message to sherwin@orielon.com is enough, and deletion is permanent. If you ask us to stop contacting you, that is honored immediately and permanently. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland the Data Protection Commission; in New Zealand the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).
